Bobby gave a great breakdown of Accountant’s services Awesome customer support very professional very clear explaining everything. We appreciate your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. My representative was very knowledgeable in assessing where I stand as a new business owner.

They made 2 appointments for me which were “no-showed” by the accountant. – Furniture is a huge expense in my business (short term rentals) and they are incorreclty telling me I cannot include this in my start up costs (this is a 15k mistake). She said it wasn’t her job, I should contact my accountant. The account executive or lower person on the account told me the way I did this was illegal but I don’t know anything about how to apply my home office as a business expense, so I asked how to make it legal. – I was told that the “tech team” could definitely connect my small bank to their software. We trusted your company to help us stay organized and compliant, and instead, we are left trying to clean up a mess we didn’t create.
